James Linton – Naturopath

James is a fully qualified Naturopath offering a wide range of natural therapies including herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, vitamin and mineral therapy, flower essences, homeopathy, diet and lifestyle advice to help achieve optimal health and wellbeing for his patients. James has a strong culinary background focusing on ‘food is medicine’ and a passion for herbal medicine; believing together, both of these will help initiate your body’s innate healing within.

In a naturopathic consultation James will work with you to create an individually tailored health and wellness plan that fits into your daily routine and lifestyle, aiming to achieve optimal health and wellbeing for yourself. A Naturopathic consultation is usually much more in depth than a visit to the doctor as a diagnosis needs to be made for you as a whole, not just for the isolated symptom pattern bothering you. Together you will focus on healing the body as well as prevention of illness, looking deeper than your daily symptoms to help determine the root cause of your current health concerns. James is trained to educate you in healthy lifestyle choices, and balancing all aspects of your life.
