What is Myotherapy?

Myotherapy is a physical therapy designed to treat and manage muscle and joint-related pain and dysfunction. The term ‘myo’ translates to ‘muscle’, so simply put, myotherapy means muscle therapy.

What is Myotherapy?

As some may know, I am currently studying to become a qualified Myotherapist. What you may not know is how Myotherapy differs from Remedial Massage!
